Short version: OmniSystimz collects limited inquiry and administrative service information, does not sell your information, and uses service providers only as needed to operate the website, email, scheduling, forms, hosting, and payment workflow. OmniSystimz is not a law firm, and information you share is not protected by attorney-client privilege.
1. Who we are
OmniSystimz is operated by SYSTIMZ LLC, a New York limited liability company. It provides high-level administrative support for cases and formal procedures, with a primary focus on workplace matters. Contact: sales@systimz.com.
2. Information we collect
- Initial inquiry: matter type, location or jurisdiction, requested administrative support, important deadline, estimated document or page volume, name, email, and required acknowledgment.
- Service materials: if fit is confirmed and you proceed, documents and administrative information you provide for organization, chronology preparation, formatting, process tracking, or other administrative case-preparation work.
- Payment and scheduling information: payment and scheduling providers may process the limited information needed to complete those functions. OmniSystimz does not store full payment card numbers.
- Technical data: hosting and security systems may process standard technical data, such as IP address and browser information.
- Marketing attribution: when you arrive through a campaign or referral, OmniSystimz may retain a random session identifier, the landing page and referring page without their query strings, and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term. If you submit an inquiry, those attribution fields are included with the inquiry so we can understand which outreach led to the submission.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, check administrative service fit, schedule and process payment where applicable, provide administrative support, deliver materials, manage records, measure aggregate website visits and campaign-to-inquiry results, improve operations, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use inquiry details for third-party behavioral advertising.
4. Offline processing
On request, case materials can be processed on private, offline systems after the initial inquiry, scheduling, and payment workflow. Limited administrative information may still be processed by the website, email, scheduling, hosting, form, and payment service providers used to operate the service.
5. Service providers
OmniSystimz currently uses Hostinger for website hosting and aggregate visit information, FormSubmit to deliver the initial inquiry and its limited marketing-attribution fields to SYSTIMZ business email, Google for scheduling and business email, and Stripe for payments. Each provider processes information needed for its function. Offline processing applies to case materials after the initial inquiry, scheduling, and payment workflow; it does not remove the need for limited administrative processing by operational providers.
6. Sharing
We do not share service materials with third parties except as directed by you, as needed for providers described in this policy, or as required by law. OmniSystimz may be required to disclose information in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or legal process.
7. Retention and deletion
- Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for response, records, and business operations.
- Marketing-attribution fields submitted with an inquiry follow the same retention period as that inquiry.
- Service materials are deleted after the service period according to the applicable service arrangement unless retention is legally required or separately requested.
- Payment and invoice records may be retained as required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance.
- You may request deletion or correction by emailing sales@systimz.com.
8. Security
OmniSystimz uses administrative, technical, and access-control measures intended to protect information. No website, email, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not upload confidential documents or provide detailed case facts during the initial inquiry.
9. No legal services
OmniSystimz provides administrative support only and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal eligibility determinations. No attorney-client relationship is created.
